　 comparing with Screw type marble Injection Molding Machine ( Manufactured by us in the past ) .

1. Combination of Screw and Torpedo

2. Recovery is made with Screw portion but Melting and Mixing is with Torpedo portion.

3. Temperature contorl is made with heater ( Heating ) and Water jacket ( Cooling ).
　 Then after, the pre-melted material is brought to Screw portion.

4. Without check-ring ( Anti-back flow ring ) but hardly back flow in injection.

5. Then after, pre-melted material is completely melted at Torpedo portion.

6.The material kneaded in minimum and filled in the mold then after.

The more plastification and mixing are efficient, the higher fluidity of material is.
However, Marble Molding Injection Device is designed not to mix colored material and base material so completely.

Enables fine marble patterns with lower efficiencty of mixing comparing with ordinal Screw system.
