＜Wide Platen＞
★Wide Horizontal Space Between Tie Bars★
The expanded horizontal space between tie bars(40-90mm) provides easier installation of larger molds.
★Long Ejector Stroke★
Longer ejector stroke (30-50mm)enables molding of deep-draw products.

　

＜High-Speed Processing Controller EZ3000＞
The EZ3000 controller, with high-speed processing (scanning time at 1msec, A/D conversion at 250nsec) allows for high-accuracy position switching and pressure/speed control.
The 10.4 inch wide Color LCD panel provides improved operability such as page change and numeric data input.
★Easy Operation★
Each page is displayed using a Function key, with easy selection of various options.
You can view the present overall operating status on the Quick page, and touching the desired function button can easily make any operating revisions.
★History Pages★
The operation history can be Checked from the Alarm History, Mode History and Set History pages.
The Self-checking of machine and maintenance status can be seen on Input and Output pages.
★Data Check★
 　
The initial molding condition and product quality can be checked on Injection Profile, Trend and Statistics pages.
★Molding Data Maintenance★
The memory card incorporated in the LCD panel can store 1,000 sets of molding data, sorted by client, resin or product.
The maintenance of molding data on the memory card can be carried out using a PC with card reader.
